Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This policy covers the information collected through worst.studio (the "Site"), operated by Mark Worst. It's written in plain language rather than dense legal text. If anything here is unclear, email markwrst@gmail.com.

What's collected

When you submit a tattoo booking, airbrush commission, mural request, or the drop notification signup, the form may collect:

No payment or financial information is collected directly on this Site. Deposits and payments are arranged separately once a booking is confirmed.

How it's used

Submitted information is used only to respond to your enquiry, to quote, schedule, and prepare for a tattoo session, commission, or mural. Photos of skin/placement areas are used solely to plan the design and are not shared publicly without your separate, explicit permission (for example, before posting healed work to Instagram).

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered by email to Mark Worst. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers. Reasonable steps are taken to keep submitted data secure, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Email list

If you sign up to be notified about future drops, your email is used only to send you notifications about new drops. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing markwrst@gmail.com.

Cookies & analytics

This Site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Shop / future drops

If a Shopify-powered shop is added to this Site for future art or clothing drops, purchases will be processed by Shopify under its own privacy policy and payment terms. This policy will be updated to reflect that once it launches.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing markwrst@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the Site changes (for example, once a shop is added). The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

This is a plain-language starting policy and isn't a substitute for legal advice. If you want stronger legal coverage (e.g. specific state/CCPA language, tattoo consent liability terms), it's worth having a lawyer review it before launch.
